Caleb Conquers the Church Nursery
By Tiffany on 21 November 2004 the wee hoursCategory: The Boys It was a big day for Caleb at church today. It was the first time he didn't cry at all when I left him in the nursery.
His normal routine is to scream when I hand him to the nursery worker, and then he stops as soon as I'm out of sight (I always stand around the corner and wait until he stops crying before I go on to worship). I think he does this to make me feel guilty about leaving him. He is always having fun when we come back for him.
Today he reached out for the nursery worker without even looking back at me. He was ready for crackers and play time with his friends. I was so proud of him!
