I Guess We'll Keep Him

It was seven days of fussing and tantrums with teeth coming in, a terrible cold, and the thumb infection. We were all miserable. He didn't laugh or give out hugs for seven straight days. We thought we were going to have to trade him in for a new kid. I was wishing we lived closer to the grandparents so we could dump him on them for a few days.
Just as we couldn't take any more, Monday morning our sweet baby returned. I love to hear that sweet laugh and feel his arms wrapped around my neck when I say "hug". He is so wonderful, and it is nice to have him back to normal!
