Thanks to Super Suppers, this is what's on our menu. They're all prepared and in our freezer.
- Spanish Pork Chops and Rice - Tender Pork Chops cook with our incredible green chili rice for a one dish meal. Make a green salad and your dinner is complete.
- Happy Family Chicken Fried Rice - Let your kids help stir fry this Chinese favorite and they may actually eat some vegetables. Broccoli, carrots, zucchini and peas are sure to be a hit with our Asian rice blend.
- Fish in a Flash! -This fish can be pan fried in less than 10 minutes. The crunchy coating has lots of flavor with seasonings of basil, garlic, onion and parsley
- Mexican Lasagna - This twist on an old Italian favorite will soon become a favorite in your home. Layered with tortillas, cheese and chicken with sour cream, green chilies, onion and peppers, this hearty meal bakes beautifully.
- Zesty Baby Back Ribs - An old favorite back again just in time to break in the grill or broil in your oven. Add macaroni or potato salad for a great welcome to warm weather.
- Ham and Cheese Potato Bake - A real kid pleaser. Seasoned potatoes and chopped ham combine with cheddar cheese to make this a yummy and filling casserole.
- Oriental Chicken Wraps are back! - These delightful wraps are filled with chicken and chopped veggies in our delicious Asian hoison sauce. Baking in the oven makes this meal easy.
- Lemon Teriyaki Meatballs - Tasty meatballs in our delicious blend of fresh lemon juice and teriyaki sauce. Serve on rice, pasta or top a big salad.
- Spring Apple-Berry Crumble - Mixed berries and sliced apples are tossed with sugar and cinnamon and then topped with a yummy cinnamon-oatmeal crumble. Great warm with a scoop of ice cream.
- Chicken, Shrimp and Artichoke Bake with Rice - Chicken and shrimp are paired with onions, mushrooms and artichokes, then covered in our divine béchamel sauce. Comfort food that is pretty enough for company, but won't take you all day to cook.
- Maple Chicken with Rice Pilaf - Another recipe sure to delight the children or child at heart. Chicken breasts are marinated in maple syrup, lemon and spices. Too yummy for words.
- Chipotle Chicken Grill - Tender meaty chicken breasts with our zesty chipotle sauce. Ready for the grill or skillet.
Super Suppers is a huge hit around our house. Tiffany has fallen in love with their "no shoppin', no choppin', no moppin" mantra. Basically she goes once a month and prepares all 12 meals in about two hours. I enjoy the variety of different entrees...and that Tiffany is less stressed when I walk in from work at 5:30. Caleb has liked most all the meals from Super Suppers...especially the dishes that we rename "pot pie."
Super Suppers was also mentioned in Newsweek.
