Bye Bye Little Potty

We celebrated an important accomplishment this weekend. We convinced Caleb that it was time for him to poo poo on the big potty.
I had been really wanting this day to come. He has always gone to tee tee standing at the big potty, but he was really attached to the little potty for pooping. That little potty is really gross to clean up, and when we are out in public he doesn’t want to go on a big potty even if it is an emergency. So it was time to put away the little potty.
We gave him a one week notice that the little potty was leaving. The transition went really smoothly. We baked cookies to celebrate his first victory, and he called the grandparents to tell them what he did. The most important thing is that he is proud of himself, and we are so proud of him!
