Six New Pictures

Here are a few new pictures taken this week.

Dive In

The YMCA pool has become a regular part of our week. I normally take Caleb once on the weekend, and this week he has begun swim lessons. So far he’s about the bravest one in the class. Yup, I’m a proud dad.

Leaping off the side of the pool into your Father’s arms, particularly when you can’t swim, is a great example of the kind of trust that God wants us to have in Him. We trust that he is strong enough and loves us enough to catch us every single time. The joy on Caleb’s face as he jumps is explosive.

He pours every ounce of himself into each jump. He never doubts for a second that his daddy will catch him. I never think for a second to do anything but catch him and experience his joy with him.

A Field Trip at the Dairy Farm

Tiffany took Caleb to a field trip on a dairy farm this week. That’s one thing I love about Tiffany as a mom. She is always coming up with creative places to take Caleb and fun things to do with him.

Milk Cow

Something tells me this heifer’s lifelong dream was to be milked in front of a bunch of prechoolers and their crazy camera-totin’ parents. Tiffany says that any woman who lactates can understand how she feels. She told me to write that sentence.

Cagle’s Dairy is the only dairy in Georgia to milk the cows and put the milk in the jug right here on the farm!

Mmmm. Now that’s quite a view

  1. Love the new layout – I’ve always wanted the text and images on the same page. Did they get any milk out of his thumbs?

  2. Great pictures and I wondered too if they had gotten any milk out of Caleb’s thumbs!

He asked me this morning when I talked to him if I would like to go to the Dairy Farm the next time I came. I told him that I SURE WOULD!

    Love all of you!
