Here are a few pictures of my office where I work. I keep hearing from everyone that the web department is one of the friendliest and most inviting offices.
A few pics
What makes the room cool?
- Windows. This is great for watching the incessant stream of planes come in on final approach at DFW.
- Simple desks from IKEA. No big bulky desks with cubicle walls. This gives us the wide open spaces we web cowboys need to spread out.
- Stylish desk lamps.
- 80’s music.
- Brian, Jeph and Brad are really a lot of fun.
- Did I mention windows?!
Fellowship Church is a wonderful working environment, and I’m glad to be on the team. Now, if someone would please buy our beautiful house so we can move and end all this commuting madness.

wow … looks like a real cool set up! the only thing that would make it cooler would be to have Macs sitting on those desks rather than PCs :)
I agree about windows – windows are very underrated! I am lucky enough to have my cube back up to a window and I love it! Windows also make great whiteboards if the powers that be allow that type of thing :)

Don’t think it would work in our case since we have blinds. Take care. BTW, your wife’s mommystories site is great too…the design and the writing.

I took him to Wal Mark! yesterday and let him pick out some toys. I bought him his first fishing pole reel and rod with a matching tackel box. Scoobie Doo. Clyde, Tiffany and I took him fishing with his new gear after nap yesterday. He kept going to his tackel box to get stuff out that he thought we needed. He was so precious!
I know you miss them, but we have been taking good care of them!
